The below templates should be used when developing or revising any documents housed within the official policy repositories for the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas Medical Center. 

All policy development must follow the University Policy Program and the Development of a University Policy process.

Universal Policy Library Template

Use this template when adding or updating a document in either policy library. Not recommended for Research use.

Research Policy Library Template

Use this template for all Research documents added or updated in either policy library.
